How do I start renting?

It’s easy! Create an account for free and browse listings. Once you find an item, request a rental. Once approved, you’re good to go!

What kind of items can I rent?

How do I pick up and return items?

You can choose pickup or delivery based on the rentee’s preferences. Check the listing details or chat with the rentee to confirm logistics.

What happens if an item gets damaged or lost?

Every listing has a Fair Market Value (FMV). An authorization hold is placed on your payment method once your rental is approved. If damage occurs, a portion or full amount of the FMV will be deducted to compensate the rentee.

Can I cancel my rental?

Yes, but late cancellation fees apply. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental start date get a 50% refund, while those under 24 hours get no refund.
