How do I start listing my items?

It’s simple! click on Post a new listing, upload photos of your item, add a description, set your rental price, and verify your identity. Once approved, your listing will be live!

Can I set my own rental price?

Yes! You have full control over pricing, availability, and rental terms. Adjust your price at any time to match demand.

How do I handle pickup and returns?

You can arrange pick-up or delivery based on what works best for you. Communicate with renters via the rsrvs chat feature to coordinate logistics.

How do I get paid?

Once a reservation is approved by you, an authorisation hold will be placed on the renter. After the transaction is completed, both you and the renter will have 48hours to raise any potential issues. Payment will be released to you upon the expiry of the 48hours window.

What happens if my item is damaged or not returned?

You have an option to set a Fair Market Value (FMV) for each listing. We strongly encourage you to do so as an authorisation hold of the FMV will be placed on the renter’s method of payment upon reservation of the item. This authorisation hold will be released once the transaction is completed and no issues are raised by either party. Should the item be damaged or not returned, the FMV will be deducted and compensated to you.

Are there any fees for listing my items?

What if a renter cancels at the last minute?

Our default cancellation policy ensures you are compensated for last-minute cancellations:

  • Less than 48 hours notice50% of rental fee is forfeited to you.
  • Less than 24 hours notice100% of rental fee is forfeited to you.

Alternatively, you can customize your own cancellation policy.

Can I cancel my rental?

Yes, but late cancellation fees apply. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental start date get a 50% refund, while those under 24 hours get no refund.
